The Takret Militia is a Neutral hostile in Star Trek Fleet Command that spawns from level 8 to 12 as a Battleship. You find it at warp 5 across most early neutral systems, and every kill drops Tritanium. Because it only ever appears as a Battleship, the fight is simple: bring an Interceptor and it goes down fast.

How to beat the Takret Militia

The Takret Militia only shows up as a Battleship, so the counter is easy to remember. In Star Trek Fleet Befehl, Interceptors beat Battleships, so an Interceptor at or above the Takret Militia’s level takes far less damage than an Explorer or a Survey ship would. There is nothing to swap between levels, one hull covers the whole 8 to 12 range.

For the crew, put a captain that boosts weapon damage against hostiles in the captain seat, then fill the other two seats with Offiziere that add damage or mitigation. At these low levels the evergreen cadet crew is plenty: Cadet Kirk as captain with Cadet Spock and Cadet Uhura. As you level up, check the Officer Tier List for current picks, since crews shift with the meta.

Where to find the Takret Militia

The Takret Militia sits at warp 5 for every level, and it spawns across a wide spread of early neutral systems, so finding one is rarely the problem. The list barely changes from level 8 to level 12, so a system that carries it early usually still carries it a few levels later. Match warp 5, jump to any system in the row for the level you want, and start farming.

Rewards and what it drops

The Takret Militia drops Tritanium, one of the basic materials you use to build and upgrade ships. A single kill returns between 68 and 129 Tritanium, and ship XP climbs with the hostile’s level, so a level 12 kill gives more than a level 8 one and helps push a new hull toward its next tier.

Ablegen What it is
Tritanium A gemeinsame refined material used to build and upgrade ships and buildings.

Takret Militia stats

Stats climb steeply with level, so the numbers below are anchor points at the low, middle, and top of the range.

Ebene Total strength Hull HP Shield HP Angriff Verteidigung Ship XP
8 956 230 170 341 415 37
10 1870 470 360 670 785 58
12 2905 600 450 1100 1280 84

Takret Militia firing pattern

The Takret Militia carries two energy weapons that both fire every round, so its damage is steady rather than spiky. Each shot lands for 90 to 110, with a 10% chance to crit for 1.5 times damage. There is no heavy opening strike to time around, so ordinary mitigation and a quick kill are all you need.

Weapon type Count Damage per shot Fires Crit
Energie 2 90-110 Every round 10% (1.5x)

The Takret in Star Trek

The Takret are a humanoid species introduced in Star Trek: Unternehmen. In the second-season episode “The Catwalk,” a group of Takret militia boarded the starship Enterprise, claiming they needed shelter from an approaching neutronic storm. Archer’s crew rode out the wavefront hidden in the ship’s nacelle catwalk while the Takret tried to take the helm. The militia turned out to be fugitives from their own government rather than a rescue party, and Bogenschütze forced them off once the storm passed. In Star Trek Fleet Command they appear as low-level neutral raiders in early systems.

Is the Takret Militia worth grinding?

For an early-game player, yes. It is an easy Battleship kill at warp 5, it hands out Tritanium you will need for builds and upgrades, and it gives steady ship XP while you level a new hull. Once you pass the level 12 cap it stops earning its trip. Match warp 5, bring an Interceptor, and it falls quickly.
