Predatory is a Swarm investigation mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you look into a strange signal from an unlikely source. You pick it up in Niawillen, and both the start and the finish need warp 22. The game lists a recommended level of 1. You trace the Swarm signal in Alpha Horunia, then escort a Romulan to Kaikara, where a Swarm Interceptor of about 191,377 waits. The reward is 400 Ultra Recruit Tokens and a 1 Day Speed Up.
Predatory objectives

- Investigate the Swarm signal in Alpha Horunia. Location: Alpha Horunia.
- Contact the civilian colony on New Macau. Location: Alpha Horunia.
- Bringen Sie die Romulanisch to Kaikara. Location: Kaikara.
- Destroy the Swarm Interceptor. Location: Kaikara. Enemy strength is roughly 191,377.
- Transport the Romulan to Kaikara Prime. Location: Kaikara.
The first two steps happen in Alpha Horunia: follow the signal, then contact the colony on New Macau. You pick up a Romulan there and take them to Kaikara, where the Swarm Interceptor is the only fight. The last step drops the Romulan on Kaikara Prime, and the mission ends in Kaikara.
Wo und welcher Warp
The pickup system is Niawillen, which needs warp 22. Completing the mission also needs warp 22, so a ship that can reach Niawillen can reach Alpha Horunia and Kaikara.
The recommended level is listed as 1. The Swarm Interceptor at about 191,377 is the real test.

Another mission through Alpha Horunia and Kaikara
An Island Without a Sea uses the same two systems at the same warp. You find an Independent in Alpha Horunia and, on one of its three paths, bring data to the Romulans in Kaikara. Current game data:

If both are open, one trip can cover them.
Tips
Bring a combat ship for the Kaikara leg. The first three steps are travel, but the Swarm Interceptor is a real fight and it comes right after you arrive.
Repair between Alpha Horunia and Kaikara if you have taken damage on the way. The mission does not send you home at any point.
Save the 1 Day Speed Up for a long timer. Twenty-four hours is best spent on a building or research you would otherwise wait days for.
