What the Syndicate Prime node does
Syndikat levels unlock account-wide perks, and the Daily Chest is the steady source of the XP that raises them. Once Prime Syndicate XP is done, every Daily Chest you open pays out twice the Syndicate XP it did before. Nothing else changes about how you play, and the bonus never expires.

Yes, for anyone with the Syndicate unlocked. It doubles a daily reward permanently for a one-time price, and the dilithium part of the bill is small by R&D 27 standards. If you are short on particles, Syndicate Spike in the Station tree is the next line to plan for.
