What Prime Romulan Tribute does
Every Romulanisch reputation swing you earn from hostiles is amplified by the listed percentage, in both directions, and the daily free claim compounds alongside it. As with its siblings, the later levels grow the daily claim steeply, so the line keeps earning long after you stop grinding for the day.
