Kriosianischer Gesetzloser

The Kriosian Outlaw is a Neutral hostile in Star Trek Fleet Command that roams neutral space from level 34 to 41. It spawns only as an Explorer, so an Interceptor is the ship you want against it. You will find it across a spread of systems at warp 38 to 40, dropping Tritanium at the lower levels and 4★ Broken Explorer Parts at the top of its range. Match its warp, bring an Interceptor, and it goes down quickly.

How to beat the Kriosian Outlaw

The Kriosian Outlaw only appears as an Explorer, and Explorers are beaten by Interceptors. Bring an Interceptor and you hold the hull advantage at every level from 34 to 41, so there is nothing to swap between spawns. Fly a Battleship or another Explorer instead and you give up that edge, which turns a quick kill into a slow, repair-heavy grind.

Warp matters as much as hull here. The low-30s spawns need warp 40, and the rest of the band sits at warp 38, so make sure your ship can reach the system you are targeting before you set out.

For crew, the principle beats any single lineup: a captain that boosts weapon damage against hostiles, backed by Offiziere that add raw damage or shield mitigation. Crews move with the meta, so check the current picks on the Officer Tier List and match them to the ship and level you run. This hostile has no special ship ability and no listed vulnerability, so you can crew for straight damage without planning around a gimmick.

The fight shape shifts with the level. At the low end the Kriosian Outlaw carries only about 62,000 hull and 65,000 shield health, so a decent Interceptor grinds it down without much drama. The level 41 version is a different animal: its hull and shield health jump into the millions, so bring a properly upgraded ship and repair between runs rather than chaining kills on empty shields.

Where to find the Kriosian Outlaw

The Kriosian Outlaw sits in open neutral systems and spreads wider as its level climbs. The level 34 targets appear at warp 40 in just a few systems, and by the high 30s the band drops to warp 38 and shows up across a dozen systems. The top level, 41, thins out to a shorter list again. Pick a system close to your base to cut travel time, and expect company, since these are busy neutral systems.

34 40 Earokij, Feqiiep, Iekifog, Kuat
35–36 40 Ain’Tok, Earokij, Feqiiep, Iekifog, Kuat, No’Mat, Subezac, Vurox
37–40 38 Ain’Tok, Benzar, Caerulum, Devoras, Earokij, Feqiiep, Iekifog, Kuat, No’Mat, Ophiuchi, Subezac, Vurox

Rewards and what it drops

What the Kriosian Outlaw pays out depends on the level you hit. Levels 34 to 39 drop Tritanium, and the top levels 40 and 41 switch to 4★ Broken Explorer Parts. Tritanium is one of the base refined materials you spend constantly, so a run through the lower levels is an easy way to top it up. Ship XP also climbs steeply with level, so higher spawns are the better choice when you are leveling a new ship rather than farming a specific resource.

Ablegen What it is
Tritanium (345–582) One of the game’s core refined materials, used across ship and building upgrades from early game onward.
4★ Broken Explorer Parts (108–170) 4-star repair components for Explorer-class ships, used to fix battle damage on higher-tier Explorers.

Kriosian Outlaw stats

Stats vary by level and climb steeply, so a level 41 Kriosian Outlaw is far tougher than the level 34 version.

Ebene Total strength Hull HP Shield HP Angriff Verteidigung Ship XP
34 418,676 62,100 65,550 178,601 176,250 664
38 910,378 138,570 146,270 386,538 381,420 825
41 4,339,888 1,974,818 2,513,406 1,412,386 683,390 1,625

Kriosian Outlaw firing pattern

The Kriosian Outlaw fires three Energy weapons, and it shoots every round rather than every other round, so its damage comes in a steady stream rather than one big burst. Keep your shields and mitigation up across the whole fight instead of bracing for a single salvo.

Weapon type Count Damage per shot Fires Crit
Energie 3 28,200–34,467 Every round 10% (1.5x)

The Kriosians in Star Trek

The Kriosians come from the planet Krios and turn up in a couple of Next Generation episodes. In “The Perfect Mate,” Krios and the neighboring system Valt Minor end a long war through a diplomatic marriage carried out by an empathic metamorph named Kamala. In “The Mind’s Eye,” a group of Kriosian rebels pushes for independence from the Klingon Empire, and a Romulanisch plot tries to use that unrest to frame the Federation and crack the Klingon-Federation alliance. That mix of border conflict and shifting loyalty fits the outlaw label the game gives these ships.

Is the Kriosian Outlaw worth grinding?

It is a solid mid-game farm if you need Tritanium or Explorer repair parts. The lower levels give a steady flow of Tritanium for building and upgrades, while the level 40 and 41 spawns hand out 4★ Broken Explorer Parts to keep your larger Explorers repaired. It is a single-hull target with no abilities or weaknesses to plan around, so the practical tip is simple: match its warp, bring an Interceptor, and pick the level whose drop you actually need.
