Combat Training 11: Veteran is the last of the three level 11 Combat Training missions in Star Trek Fleet Command. Its only objective is to defeat a hostile captain at roughly 2,905 strength, and it needs just warp 1 because no system is named. The game lists a recommended level of 1. The reward is 800 Dilithium, ten 15 Minute Speed Ups and 2 K’Bisch shards, and finishing it unlocks Combat Training 12: Rookie.
Combat Training 11: Veteran objectives
Es gibt ein Ziel und keine Verzweigung:
- Defeat the hostile captain. Enemy strength is roughly 2,905.
The story line is the one shared by every Combat Training mission: test your skills in battle against escalating difficulties of hostile enemies. Where the Rookie and Soldier steps ask for kill counts, the Veteran step is a single named fight against a tougher opponent.
Wo und welcher Warp
Warp 1 to start and warp 1 to complete, with no pickup system and no system named for the fight. The warp number says nothing about difficulty. The hostile captain’s strength of about 2,905 is the real requirement.
The recommended level shows as 1. In practice this is a level 11 mission, and a ship that has been clearing level 11 hostiles for the Rookie and Soldier steps is ready for it.
Combat Training 11: Veteran rewards
| Belohnung | Amount |
|---|---|
| Dilithium | 800 |
| 15 Minute Speed Up | 10 |
| K'Bisch shards | 2 |
Completing the mission also unlocks the next Combat Training step.
The full level 11 set
| Mission | Objective | Belohnungen |
|---|---|---|
| Kampftraining 11: Rookie | Defeat a hostile of level 11 or higher | 320 Dilithium, 1 K’Bisch shard |
| Kampftraining 11: Soldat | Defeat 5 hostiles of level 11 or higher | 480 Dilithium, 4,500 Officer XP, 2 K’Bisch shards |
| Kampftraining 11: Veteran | Defeat the hostile captain (about 2,905) | 800 Dilithium, 10 15 Minute Speed Up, 2 K’Bisch shards |
Running all three gives 1,600 Dilithium and 5 K’Bisch shards in total, with the Veteran step paying the most of the three.
How the Veteran step grows
| Mission | Captain strength | Belohnungen |
|---|---|---|
| Kampftraining 10: Veteran | About 2,334 | 600 Dilithium, 8 15 Minute Speed Up, 2 Helvia shards |
| Kampftraining 11: Veteran | About 2,905 | 800 Dilithium, 10 15 Minute Speed Up, 2 K’Bisch shards |
| Kampftraining 12: Veteran | About 3,725 | 1,100 Dilithium, 12 15 Minute Speed Up, 3 Domitia shards |
The captain gets a few hundred strength tougher each level, and the Dilithium and speed ups climb with it.
Tips
Finish the Rookie and Soldier steps first. They unlock the Veteran step, and the kills they need help you judge whether your ship is ready for the captain.
Go in repaired. The captain is a single fight, so there is nothing to soften it up beforehand. A full hull is the simplest edge you can give yourself.
Use the 15 Minute Speed Ups on building timers, where early upgrades often land in that range. The next step is Kampftraining 12: Rookie, and the full series is on the Combat Training missions .
