Into the Mirror is a single Mirror Universe mission in Star Trek Fleet Command, recommended for level 40. Your crew needs to refine Raw Trellium-A into the liquid Trellium-D that insulates your hulls, so your ships can use the Rifts to travel deeper into the mirror dimension. You pick it up in Mirror Aletara, need warp 120 to start and to complete, and the one objective is to process 15,000 Raw Trellium-A. The reward is a large bundle of Rift Keys and Mirror Dust, which makes it worth doing as soon as you have the Trellium.
Into the Mirror objectives
There is one objective and no choice split:
- Process 15,000 Raw Trellium-A.
Your crew explains that the Rifts need more Trellium insulation on your hulls, and that 15,000 Raw Trellium-A from your reserves should be enough to make the liquid Trellium-D. Once the synthesis is done, your fleet can use the Rifts to go further into the mirror dimension. No system is named for the processing step and no hostile is listed.
Wo und welcher Warp
The mission is picked up in Mirror Aletara. It needs warp 120 both to start and to complete, so the warp requirement is about reaching the pickup, not about extra travel afterwards.
There is no fight and no second system to visit. Once the mission is accepted, the only thing it checks is the processing count.
The recommended level is 40. In practice, the gate is having 15,000 Raw Trellium-A to process.

The Mirror Dust doubles at each step down in rarity, from 200 Epic to 1,600 Common, for 3,000 Mirror Dust in total across the four grades. The Rift Keys come in two grades: 500 Uncommon and 80 Premium.
Tips
Stock the Raw Trellium-A first. The whole mission is one processing step, so it completes as soon as you have 15,000 to refine.
Plan the trip to Mirror Aletara. Warp 120 is the only travel requirement, and it applies to accepting the mission as well as finishing it.
The Rift Keys are the main reason to run it. 580 of them in one go, including 80 Premium Rift Keys, is a big boost if you are working through Mirror Universe content.
