You meet the Trill rebels in Netron Omega and put 30,000 Dilithium toward rebuilding their base. Then the base comes under attack, and stopping it is the only fight. Once the attacker is beaten, you head home to finish.

Tips
Bring the Dilithium with you. The donation comes before the fight, so the Trill attack does not start until the 30,000 Dilithium is paid.
Crew for a single fight. The Trill attacker at about 73,260 strength is the only hostile in the mission.
