Exodus is a three-part mission chain in which you help a group of Vulcans from the Mirror Universe escape the Terran Empire. All three parts are recommended for level 40. The story starts with T’paan in Sirius and moves between Mirror Alpha Centauri and Mirror Sirius, and the first two parts need warp 50 to complete. The headline reward is a Mirror Picard shard in Part 3, alongside Dilithium, Parsteel, Tritanium and 4★ raw materials. It is a short chain with modest fights and a fair amount of hostile grinding.

Tips for completing Exodus
Plan around warp 50 for the first two parts. Part 3 drops to warp 38, so a ship that handled Parts 1 and 2 will have range to spare at the end.
The scripted fights are all listed between about 3.2 million and 3.6 million strength. The toughest are taking control of the Terran fleet in Part 1 and stopping the Terran forces in Part 3, both at roughly 3.6 million.
Hostile kills take more time than the fights. You need 5 hostiles of level 40 or higher in Part 1 and another 13 in Part 3, split into a group of 8 and a group of 5. Mirror Alpha Centauri, where both parts send you, spawns the Imperial Starfleet Cruiser, Imperial Starfleet Exterminator und Imperial Starfleet Warship at level 40, so you can clear the counts while you are there.
Two donations need Ressourcen on hand: 50K 4★ Raw Ore at the end of Part 1 and 25M Tritanium at the start of Part 3. Part 1 pays out 72,000 4★ Raw Ore when it completes, which more than replaces the ore you donated.
Are the Exodus rewards worth it?
Mostly for the Mirror Picard shard. Around it you get 3,600,000 Dilithium, 41,250,000 Parsteel, 14,400,000 Tritanium, 158,000 4★ raw materials across ore, gas and Kristall, and 1,500 Latinum. The effort is three parts at warp 50 or less, four fights under 3.6 million strength and 18 hostile kills. That is a fair return for a level 40 account. Other chains at this level are listed on the STFC mission guide.
