A Debt Repaid is a Star Trek Fleet Command mission where the Orion Syndicate hands you an assassination contract on a trader named Vance. The game lists a recommended level of 1, it starts at warp 1 and needs warp 70 to complete, and it runs from New Berlin to Orion. You choose to kill Vance or take 1,750,000 Dilithium from him and help him stay hidden. Either way you bring proof to the Syndikat. The rewards differ by choice, and it unlocks Age of Exploration.

- Decide how to deal with the trader.
Carry out the contract
- Assassinate the trader. Location: New Berlin (enemy strength about 1,075,836).
- Return to the Syndicate with proof of the assassination. Location: Orion.
Rewards: 900 4★ Gemeinsame Survey Parts.
Take a deal from Vance
- Donate 1,750,000 Dilithium to Vance.
- Return to the Syndicate with proof of the assassination. Location: Orion.
Rewards: 80 4★ Uncommon Refined Kristall and 600 Ultra Recruit Tokens.
On the second path you warn Vance that the Syndicate wants him dead and help him stay under their radar, but the mission still has you report the job as done.

Tips
Choose by what you need and what you can spare. The contract costs a fight and pays Survey Parts. The deal costs 1,750,000 Dilithium and pays refined crystal plus Ultra Recruit Tokens.
If you do not fly a survey ship, the deal path is usually the better reward.
The fight on the contract path is Vance’s own ship at about 1.1 million strength. If that is a stretch for your fleet, the deal path avoids combat entirely, at the price of the Dilithium.
