A Stark Revelation is a late story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you show a quantum vacuum to a task force. The game lists a recommended level of 57. It starts at warp 1 but needs warp 205 to complete, with stops at Zytallis and the Vacuum Epicenter. There are no fights and no donations. The reward is 2,116,667,000 Parsteel, sixty 3 Hour Speed Ups and 2,500 Ship XP, a large payout for two travel objectives.
A Stark Revelation objectives

You meet the task force at Zytallis and lead it to the Vacuum Epicenter. Once you arrive, the mission is complete. There is no scripted fight and no return trip.

No pickup system is listed. The mission shows up from warp 1, but warp 205 is needed to complete it, which is what the trip to Zytallis and the Vacuum Epicenter demands.
The recommended level is 57. With no combat objectives, warp range is the thing that decides whether you can finish.

Among the missions with no fights, A Stark Revelation pays far more Parsteel than the level 50 to 52 ones, and only Taking Stock at level 59 pays more.
What comes next
The Void Between the Stars follows straight on and is a station mission rather than a trip. It asks you to upgrade the R&D Department to level 58 and pays 330 3 Hour Speed Ups, 12,500,000 Dilithium and 2,500 Ship XP. After that, Past, Present, Future sends you back out to warp 205 with a fight at around 36.7 million strength.
Tips
Send your longest-range ship. Nothing here needs to be fought, so the only requirement is reaching warp 205.
Save the 3 Hour Speed Ups for the R&D 58 upgrade that the next mission asks for. It is a very long build, and every speed up helps.
