A Culture of Relics is a Star Trek Fleet Command mission in which you retrieve a set of ancient Suliban artifacts from a Vulcan archaeologist. You pick it up in Unroth, it needs warp 26 to start and to finish, and its listed recommended level is 1. There is no fight, but there are two costs: a 600K Tritanium bribe and an 800 G3 Raw Erze donation. In return you get 16 Livis shards and an Energy Manifold, a strong shard payout for a mission with no combat.
A Culture of Relics objectives

- Bribe Yursa 600K Tritanium for information.
- Meet the Vulcan archaeologist. Location: Draken.
- Donate 800 G3 Raw Ore.
The mission alternates between travel and payment. You carry Sovren to Yridia and pay Yursa for information, then travel to Draken to meet the archaeologist and hand over the ore. Nothing in the list is a fight.
The two payment steps are what you need to prepare for. The bribe is 600,000 Tritanium, and the donation is 800 G3 Raw Ore, a 3★ raw resource.
Wo und welcher Warp
A Culture of Relics is picked up in Unroth. Warp is 26 to start and 26 to complete, so a ship that can reach Unroth has the range for the rest of the mission. The two named systems after pickup are Yridia and Draken.
The listed recommended level is 1. With no combat in the mission, warp 26 and the two resource costs decide when you can finish it.

A Culture of Relics and Ushaan compared
Sovren, the Suliban leader, appears in both Missionen, and both pay one Energy Manifold. They ask for very different things.

A Culture of Relics costs Ressourcen but no fighting. Ushaan is the reverse, with one hard fight and no donation.
Tips
Stock up before you start. Having 600,000 Tritanium and 800 G3 Raw Ore on hand means the mission never stalls at a payment step.
Send any ship with the range. Every step is travel or payment, so there is no reason to tie up your main combat ship.
Run it if you want Livis. Sixteen shards from one mission with no fight is a good return, and the only real cost is the resources.
