Dark Moon is a level 16 mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you help the Rigellians infiltrate the Yridian Information Market. You fly Olar Ghet to Yridia, bribe the Yridian guards with 2,000 Tritanium and return to Rigel VI. It is picked up in Rigel and needs warp 10 to start and to finish. There is no fight. The reward is 14,000 Parsteel, which is a good return for a round trip and a small Tritanium payment.
Dark Moon objectives

Yridia is a level 7 neutral system, well below the mission’s level. The game lists four Orion Slavers there at level 5 to 8. Rigel has Nausicaan Outlaws at level 10 to 16. None of them are mission targets.

Dark Moon is one of the few Rigel missions in this range that does not pay a Rigellian Datapad, but its Parsteel reward is among the highest.
Tips
Keep 2,000 Tritanium on hand before you set off. The bribe is the second step, and the mission waits there until you pay.
Olar Ghet rides with you from Rigel to Yridia and the mission ends back at Rigel VI, so the whole trip is a short out-and-back at warp 10.
