Doubt of Age is a level 68 story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command and part of the Cult Eternus storyline. After Gowron refuses to help, Toryn uses a contact in the Romulan Praetor’s office to set up a meeting in the Vulin system. It starts at warp 1 and needs warp 1500 to complete, has a single objective and no fights, and pays 12,000 6★ Raw Crystal, ten 8 Hour Speed Ups and 11,000 Latinum. The Praetor turns you down too, for her own reasons.
Doubt of Age objectives
There is a single objective and no choice split:
- Meet with the Romulan Praetor. Location: Vulin.
Toryn jokes that he made friends in the Praetor’s office by shaking hands, greasing pockets and toppling the odd democracy. The Praetor, Rihala, agrees to see him only because she owes him for Denaba-III.
Toryn tells her the Cult means to summon the Nameless within days and that not even the Romulan Star Empire would survive. Rihala disagrees. The Romulans have modelled how the Nameless will move, and Romulus sits in a blind spot. Once the Nameless have ravaged the Klingonen and the Federation and moved on, the Empire plans to settle the empty galaxy. Toryn calls her mad, and the meeting ends.

No pickup system is listed. The mission starts at warp 1, and the meeting in Vulin needs warp 1500. The recommended level is 68.

Tips
This is a travel-only mission. Any ship with warp 1500 can finish it, so there is no need to tie up a combat ship.
The ten 8 Hour Speed Ups add up to 80 hours, which is the most useful part of a small reward.
