Clandestine Divide is a three-part chain in which you work with Kem’Bok, a defector from House Hurak, to unlock the secrets of Transogen, then defend your Station and Kem’Bok against a Hurak armada. All three parts are recommended for level 32. Part 1 needs warp 26 for a trip to Hoskk, and Parts 2 and 3 happen at your Station at warp 1. The rewards are Transogen materials plus six batches of SNW Black Ops M’Benga shards in Part 3. Part 1 has the costs and Part 3 has the fights.

Every part starts at warp 1, and finishing a part opens the next one.
Clandestine Divide Part 1
Kem’Bok needs a Transogen lab. After debriefing him, you source Parsteel and Dilithium for the lab, get Raw Common Transogen from the Serene Squall in Hoskk, mine more yourself and bring it all back to your Station.
- Debrief the Hurak defector.
- Source 16M Parsteel so Kem’Bok can rebuild his Transogen lab.
- Source 475,000 Dilithium for Kem’Bok’s Transogen lab.
- Obtain 15 Raw Common Transogen from the Serene Squall (Hoskk).
- Dock with the Serene Squall (Hoskk).
- Mine 15 Raw Common Transogen for Kem’Bok.
- Bring the Transogen to your Station so Kem’Bok can test his lab.
Warp to complete: 26. Rewards: 1,250 Raw Common Transogen, 500 Raw Uncommon Transogen, 2,000 Commander XP and 5 Mining Bulkhead.
Clandestine Divide Part 2
A Hurak armada is coming. You meet the USS Unternehmen, get a bearing on the incoming ships and pick which defensive tech to deploy.
- Meet the USS Enterprise.
- Get a bearing on the incoming Hurak armada.
Warp to complete: 1. Both options set up the same defense from opposite flanks, since the Enterprise deploys whichever one you do not choose, and the rewards are identical.
Plant the minefield
- Plant the minefield.
Rewards: 1,500 Raw Common Transogen, 1,000 Raw Uncommon Transogen, 200 Refined Uncommon Transogen and 1x 2 Hr Peace Shield.
Deploy the combat drones
- Deploy the combat drones.
Rewards: 1,500 Raw Common Transogen, 1,000 Raw Uncommon Transogen, 200 Refined Uncommon Transogen and 1x 2 Hr Peace Shield.
Clandestine Divide Part 3
The armada arrives. You defend your Station and Kem’Bok through four fights, break the enemy’s line and chase the remaining Hurak ships out of the system.
- Defeat the incoming Vanguards (enemy strength ~356,340).
- Defeat the incoming Honorguards (enemy strength ~415,226).
- Break the enemy’s line of attack.
- Defeat the attacking Honorguard (enemy strength ~415,226).
- Defeat the Honorguard targeting the Station (enemy strength ~415,226).
- Pursue the remaining Hurak ships out of the system.
Warp to complete: 1. Rewards: 40 Transogen Forge Foundation, 86,000 Officer XP, 1x 3 Hour Repair Speed Up and SNW Black Ops M’Benga shards (x6).
Tips for completing Clandestine Divide
Part 1 is the expensive one: 16 million Parsteel and 475,000 Dilithium for Kem’Bok’s lab, plus 15 Raw Common Transogen from mining. Stock up before you start.
Only Part 1 needs travel, at warp 26. Parts 2 and 3 take place at your Station.
The fights are all in Part 3. The Vanguards are listed at about 356,000 enemy strength and each Honorguard at about 415,000, with three Honorguard fights in a row, so repair between them.
The Part 2 choice makes no difference to rewards, so pick either.
Are the Clandestine Divide rewards worth it?
For Transogen players, yes, provided the Part 1 costs are manageable. You get 2,750 Raw Common Transogen, 1,500 Raw Uncommon Transogen, 200 Refined Uncommon Transogen, 40 Transogen Forge Foundation and five Mining Bulkheads, plus six batches of M’Benga shards and 86,000 Officer XP.
