Blood From a Stone is a level 10 mission in Star Trek Fleet Command with a single step: donate 300 Tritanium to a stranded Suliban before her ship’s life support fails. It needs warp 5 to start and to complete, and it can be picked up in eight systems. The reward is 260 Parsteel and a Cargo Crate. It costs more Tritanium than it gives back in Parsteel, so it is mostly about the crate.
Blood From a Stone objectives
One objective, no choice split:
- Donate 300 Tritanium to the Suliban.
No system is named for the donation and no hostile is listed. The mission completes as soon as the Tritanium is paid.

Blood From a Stone is picked up in any of these systems: Jinnia, Dyrr, Eravan, Worhundelja, Palimer, Kito, Volta or Eral. It needs warp 5 to start and warp 5 to complete.
The recommended level is 10. Since the only objective is a donation, your ship’s strength never comes into it; you just need to be able to reach one of the pickup systems at warp 5.

Tips
Decide whether the Cargo Crate is worth 300 Tritanium to you. At level 10 Tritanium is often tighter than Parsteel, and the 260 Parsteel does not make up the difference on its own.
With eight pickup systems, it is easy to find the mission while you are already out mining or fighting. Accept it on the way past rather than making a trip for it.
The story line gives the reason for the rush: the Suliban’s life support is failing. In practice there is no timer on the objective, so you can accept it and pay when the Tritanium is spare.
