Insurgents is an Orion Syndicate storyline mission in Star Trek Fleet Command, recommended for level 17. Arvent has just become the Orion Boss, and Hemtak’s loyal followers are striking back. The mission can be picked up at warp 1 and needs warp 8 to complete, and every step happens in the Orion system. Two small fights clear the way to a meeting with Arvent. The reward is 9,000 Parsteel, an Orion Manifest and a 1★ Survey Part.
Insurgents objectives
The story line is “Now that Arvent is officially the Orion Boss, Hemtak’s loyal followers have mounted their retaliation against the new Syndikat leaders.” There are three objectives and no choice split:
- Destroy Hemtak’s followers. Location: Orion. Enemy strength is roughly 3,877.
- Eliminate Hemtak’s final allies. Location: Orion. Enemy strength is roughly 5,108.
- Meet with Orion Boss Arvent. Location: Orion.
Both fights are in Orion and both are small. Hemtak’s followers come first at about 3,877 strength, then Hemtak’s final allies at about 5,108. With them gone, the last step is a meeting with Arvent in the same system, and the mission ends there without a return to your station.
Wo und welcher Warp
You can accept Insurgents at warp 1, and warp 8 is enough to complete it. Orion is the only system involved, so there is a single trip out and no hopping between systems.
The recommended level is 17, one level above the mission that comes before it.

Insurgents and Restructuring compared
Insurgents follows Restructuring, the mission where Arvent removes his rival Hemtak and claims the title of Boss. The two are fought in the same system and at a similar scale.

Hemtak’s final allies match Hemtak’s own strength from Restructuring, so if you beat Hemtak, the hardest fight here is no harder. Both missions pay one Orion Manifest, which gives you two across the pair.
Tips
Run it straight after Restructuring. It uses the same warp and the same system at a similar fight size, so the ship you used there can go straight back out.
Any early combat ship will do. Neither fight goes above about 5,108 strength.
Keep the Orion Manifest. It is the reward tied to this storyline, and you collect one from each of the two missions. Other missions at this level are listed on the Missionsleitfaden.
