Burden of Proof is a late-game Star Trek Fleet Command story mission where you search the colonies for clues. It opens at warp 1 and needs warp 160 to complete. After a stop at Dantak’s base in Petandria, you pick one of three colonies to search again: Ezla, Unarri or Ganzin. Each path asks for something different, from an 8M Dilithium donation to a fight at about 7.48 million strength, and each pays a different reward. The game lists a recommended level of 1, but warp 160 is the real gate. Finishing it unlocks An Honest Living.
Burden of Proof objectives
The mission opens with one shared step, then splits three ways:
- Go to Dantak’s base. Location: Petandria.
- Which colony will you search again?
Path 1: Ezla
- Go to Ezla. Location: Ezla.
- Donate 8M Dilithium.
- Search the colony. Location: Ezla.
- Find Dantak. Location: Petandria.
Path 2: Unarri
- Go to Unarri. Location: Unarri.
- Defeat the Romulan scout. Location: Unarri. Enemy strength is roughly 7,482,395.
- Search the colony. Location: Unarri.
- Find Dantak. Location: Petandria.
Path 3: Ganzin
- Go to Ganzin. Location: Ganzin.
- Defeat 15 hostiles of Level 47 or higher.
- Search the colony. Location: Ganzin.
- Find Dantak. Location: Petandria.
All three paths end the same way, with a search of the chosen colony and a return to Petandria to find Dantak. The middle step is what changes: a payment, a single hard fight, or a hostile grind.
Where and what warp
Burden of Proof becomes available at warp 1 and no pickup system is named. Completing it needs warp 160, which covers Petandria and all three colonies.
The recommended level is 1. That number means little here. Warp 160 and the path you choose, whether it is an 8M Dilithium donation, a 7.48 million strength scout or 15 level 47 hostiles, are what you need to plan for.

Tips
Pick your path by what you need. Ezla trades Dilithium for 4★ refined materials, Unarri returns more Dilithium than Ezla costs, and Ganzin pays the most in Tritanium.
Look ahead to An Honest Living. It asks for a 41M Tritanium donation, and the Ganzin path pays 31,815,000 Tritanium plus 32 1M Tritanium Tokens, which covers that cost.
