Battle Analysis is a level 13 mission in Star Trek Fleet Command. The Chelarians on Rigel III want intel on Nausicaan battle tactics, so you defeat one hostile in the Nausicaa system and report back. It is picked up in Rigel and needs warp 10 to start and to complete. The reward is 50 Premium Recruit Tokens, 700 Officer XP and a Rigellian Datapad. For a single fight, that is a good return at level 13.
Battle Analysis objectives
Two objectives, no choice split:
Any hostile in Nausicaa counts, since the objective does not name a specific ship or level. Once one is down, you fly back to Rigel III to hand over what you learned.
Where and what warp
Battle Analysis is picked up in Rigel and needs warp 10 to start and to complete. Rigel and Nausicaa are close together, so the whole mission is a short out-and-back trip.
The recommended level is 13. Because you choose which hostile to fight, you can pick one your ship handles comfortably.
The route has two legs. Rigel to Nausicaa for the fight, then Nausicaa back to Rigel III to report. If you accept the mission in Rigel, you finish where you started, which makes it easy to pair with other Rigel business.
Battle Analysis rewards

Battle Analysis is a standalone mission with no follow-up.
Tips
Check hostile levels in Nausicaa before you attack. The objective only needs one kill, so there is no reason to take on the strongest ship in the system. Pick the lowest-level hostile you can find.
Premium Recruit Tokens are the scarcer recruitment currency, and 50 of them is a meaningful amount at level 13. The Officer XP is also useful for levelling the crew you already have.
Nausicaa is also where several early missions send you, so if one of those has you in the system already, take a hostile down while you are there and the first objective is done.
The Rigellian Datapad is an item reward. Keep it in your inventory until you know what you want to use it for.
If you are mining or fighting around Rigel anyway, pick this up on the way past. It adds only one fight and one short trip to whatever you were already doing.
Other level 13 missions, and the rest of the storyline around Rigel, are on the mission guide.
