All Beginnings… is a level 57 mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you claim the Progenitor data. You return to VESTA in Zytallis, examine the vacuum at the Vacuum Epicenter, then finish by upgrading Operations to level 57. It starts at warp 1 and needs warp 205 to complete. The reward is 150 15 Hour Speed Ups, 15,500,000 Dilithium and 2,500 Ship XP, and it unlocks Expertise. The Operations 57 upgrade is the real gate.
All Beginnings objectives
Four objectives, no choice split:
- Return to VESTA. Location: Zytallis.
- Examine the vacuum. Location: Vacuum Epicenter.
- Follow VESTA. Location: Vacuum Epicenter.
- Upgrade Operations to level 57.
The first three steps are travel and story: you meet VESTA in Zytallis, go to the Vacuum Epicenter to examine it, and follow VESTA there. The last step is a building requirement at your station, and the mission does not complete until Operations 57 is built.
Where and what warp
You can accept it at warp 1. Warp 205 is needed to complete it, since Zytallis and the Vacuum Epicenter are far out.
The recommended level is 57, which matches the Operations level the last step asks for. No hostile is listed.

We Are With You is the level 56 lead-in at warp 1. From All Beginnings… on, the missions need warp 205, with All We Need Within Us stretching to warp 400.
Tips
Do the three travel steps early. They need only warp 205 and no fighting, so you can have the mission waiting on Operations 57 while the upgrade runs.
Line up Shipyard 56, Defense Platform F 40 and Ship Hangar 56 before you start Operations 57. Any one of them missing blocks the upgrade, and with it the mission.
