Restructuring is the Orion Syndicate mission where Arvent moves on the last rival standing between him and the boss’s chair, Underboss Hemtak. It becomes available at level 16, starts one warp out, and takes you to warp 8 before the last objective is done. Three objectives, one of them a fight against a target of roughly 5,100 strength. The payout is 700 Tritanium, an Orion Manifest, and five 2★ survey parts, and clearing it opens the next part of the Syndicate story.
Restructuring objectives
All three objectives stay inside Orion space, so once you are out there you are not bouncing between regions to finish the mission.
- Root out Hemtak on Thaspa. Location: Orion.
- Eliminate Underboss Hemtak. Location: Orion. Enemy strength is about 5,108.
- Take Hemtak’s ship debris to Orion Prime. Location: Orion.
The trail starts on Thaspa, where you track Hemtak down before the fight itself, and ends at Orion Prime with the debris hand-off. There is no choice split in this one. The objectives run in the order above, and the third is a delivery rather than another fight, so the combat is over once Hemtak goes down.
Where and what warp
Recommended level is 16. The mission is picked up at warp 1, which puts the opening well inside early-game range, but the objectives push out to warp 8 before you can finish. That gap is the part worth planning around: a ship that can reach warp 1 comfortably will not necessarily get you to the system where the chain ends.
Check your warp range on the ship you plan to bring before you accept, not after. If you are short, the mission will sit in your log until your warp research and ship catch up, which for most players at level 16 means a short wait rather than a hard block.

The Tritanium is the volume reward here. The survey parts are 2★, which lines up with the level band the mission is written for, and the Orion Manifest is the Syndicate-specific piece of the payout.
Tips
Bring a ship that beats about 5,108 strength with room to spare. Hemtak is the only fight in the mission, so there is no reason to arrive with a damaged hull or a half-repaired ship; a clean run means one combat and then a delivery.
Warp 8 is the real gate. Before you start, confirm the ship you intend to use can actually make the distance, since the fight and the debris drop-off both sit out past your starting position. Players who take the mission on a low-warp ship end up swapping mid-chain and repeating travel time.
Handle the debris objective last and treat it as travel time rather than another engagement. Nothing attacks you for carrying it, so the only cost is the trip to Orion Prime.
Finishing Restructuring feeds directly into the next Syndicate mission, so if you are working through the Orion storyline it is worth doing in the same session while your ship is already positioned in Orion space.
