Mistrust is a Star Trek Fleet Command mission in which you negotiate for the Go’dak family’s release, meeting Gorkon’s representatives in Rixos and then escaping Klingon space. The game lists a recommended level of 1; it starts at warp 1 and needs warp 120 to finish. The reward is 500 4★ Common Refined Crystal and 11,385,000 Tritanium, and completing it unlocks A Dangerous Heist. The warp and a grind of level 43 hostiles are the main hurdles.

Mistrust objectives

There are five objectives and no choice split:

  • Scout the area. Location: Rixos.
  • Meet with Gorkon’s representatives. Location: Rixos.
  • Defeat 15 hostiles of Level 43 or higher.
  • Escape Klingon Space. Location: Imada.
  • Return to your Station.

You scout Rixos and sit down with Gorkon‘s representatives. After the meeting come 15 hostile kills, then an escape from Klingon space through Imada and the trip home.

Where and what warp

Warp 1 to start and warp 120 to complete, with no pickup system. Rixos and Imada are the two named systems.

The level 43 floor on the 15 hostiles and the warp 120 route are the real requirements.

Mistrust rewards

Reward Amount
4★ Common Refined Crystal 500
Tritanium 11,385,000

Completing Mistrust unlocks the next mission, A Dangerous Heist.

The Koroth storyline

Mistrust is the third of five missions about Koroth and his family:

Mission Warp to complete Story Rewards
The Black Sheep 105 Stop the Klingon ambush 140 1M Parsteel Tokens, 800 4★ Common Interceptor Parts, 1 Deep Space Datapad
Truth and Rumor 105 Help Koroth find his family 700 4★ Common Explorer Parts, 700 4★ Common Battleship Parts
Mistrust 120 Negotiate for the Go’dak family’s release 500 4★ Common Refined Crystal, 11,385,000 Tritanium
A Dangerous Heist 120 Rescue Koroth’s family from Klingon space 32 4★ Rare Refined Crystal, 120 4★ Uncommon Refined Crystal
Final Assault 105 Withstand the Klingon attack 4,290,000 Dilithium, 360 Ultra Recruit Tokens

Mistrust is where the chain first reaches warp 120, and A Dangerous Heist stays there. It is also the negotiation step, before A Dangerous Heist turns to a rescue.

Tips

Check your warp range before you accept. The first two missions of the chain stop at warp 105, so Mistrust is the step that can catch out a ship that only just reached them.

Clear the 15 hostiles near Rixos or on the way to Imada. They have no system requirement, and farming along your route saves an extra trip at this range.

The 4★ Common Refined Crystal is the reward to note, and A Dangerous Heist follows it up with 4★ Rare and Uncommon crystal. Players short on 4★ crystal get a good run from these two back to back.

Previous mission: Truth and Rumor. Next mission: A Dangerous Heist. More missions are listed on the mission guide.
