Devotion is an endgame mission in Star Trek Fleet Command about loyalty to a fringe faction. The story line is to keep earning that faction’s loyalty, and the only objective is to earn 3 Devotion Tokens. It needs only warp 1 to start and finish, and the game lists a recommended level of 55. The reward is 5,506,250,000 Parsteel, a 1 Day Peace Shield and 2,500 Ship XP, and finishing it unlocks Unmitigated. The Parsteel is the headline: over five billion for three tokens.
Devotion objectives
There is a single objective and no choice split:
- Earn 3 Devotion Tokens.
No system, hostile or donation is named. The mission completes once you have earned three Devotion Tokens from your fringe faction.
Where and what warp
Warp 1 to start and warp 1 to complete, with no pickup system. The mission itself does not send you anywhere.
The recommended level is 55. That matches where the mission sits: it follows Onwards and Upwards, which asks you to upgrade Operations to level 55.

Where it sits in the storyline
Devotion comes straight after an Operations upgrade mission, the same pattern as the Operations 56 missions that follow later. Current game data:

Devotion asks for fewer tokens than We Are With You, three against five, and pays in Parsteel rather than Tritanium and recruit tokens. It is also the only mission of the four with a peace shield.
How big is the Parsteel?
At level 55, Operations costs are measured in trillions of Parsteel. Operations 55 costs about 11.58T Parsteel and Operations 56 about 18.20T, so 5.5 billion is a small share of either. It is still useful for the many other buildings you upgrade alongside Operations at this stage.
Tips
Hold the peace shield for when you need it. A full day of protection is worth most when you are about to go offline with resources exposed, not on a quiet day.
Work on Devotion Tokens while Operations builds. Operations upgrades at this level take a very long time, and the token count can move in the meantime.
Put the Parsteel toward the buildings Operations 56 needs. Shipyard 55, Defense Platform F 30 and Refinery 55 all have to be in place before that upgrade can start.
