Jellyfish Smack is a short Star Trek Fleet Command mission in which you stop Mirror Spock from tearing a rift in the space-time continuum. It lists a recommended level of 1, starts at warp 1 and needs warp 7 to finish, and both objectives happen in the Eojur system. The payout is 2 Spock shards and 4 2★ Explorer Parts, and finishing it unlocks the next part of the chain. Two steps for Spock shards is an easy trade.

Jellyfish Smack objectives

There are two objectives, both in the same system, and no choice split:

  • Find Mirror Spock in Eojur. Location: Eojur.
  • Deaktivieren Sie die Jellyfish. Location: Eojur. Enemy strength is roughly 2,935.

The first step is travel. Once your ship reaches Eojur, the mission moves on to the Jellyfish, the one fight in the mission. With no branch, every player gets the same objectives and the same rewards.

The objective asks you to disable the Jellyfish, and the listed enemy strength of about 2,935 is the number to compare against your ship before you engage.

Wo und welcher Warp

No pickup system is listed for this mission. Warp is 1 to start and 7 to complete, and Eojur is the only system named in the objectives, so warp 7 is what you need to reach it.

Because both objectives sit in Eojur, the whole mission is a single trip out. There is no second system to reach and no return-to-station step at the end.

The listed recommended level is 1, which leaves the warp 7 finish and the Jellyfish fight as the two things to plan around.

Jellyfish Smack rewards

Belohnung Amount
Spock shards 2
2★ Explorer Parts 4

Completing Jellyfish Smack also unlocks the next part of the chain.

The Spock shards are the headline. The four 2★ Explorer Parts matter most if you are upgrading an explorer ship.

Tips

Send a combat-ready ship straight to Eojur. The first objective clears on arrival, and the second is the fight, so the ship that finds Mirror Spock is the one that has to disable the Jellyfish.

Check your ship against the 2,935 figure before you engage. It is the only fight in the mission, and there is nothing else to clear first that could soften it.

Repair after the fight if you plan to keep playing. The mission has no return step, so your ship stays out in Eojur when it ends, and any hull damage from the Jellyfish stays with it until you bring it home.

Run it early if you want Spock. Two shards for a two-step mission at warp 7 is a small cost for an officer shard reward. Other missions by level are on the Missionsleitfaden.
