Upgrade Schiffswerft: Stufe 6

Upgrade Shipyard: Level 6 is an early station mission in Star Trek Fleet Command. Its one objective is to raise your Shipyard to level 6, it needs only warp 1 to start and finish, and the game lists a recommended level of 1. The reward is 150 Tritanium, and completing it unlocks the next station mission. It is a small bonus on an upgrade that comes early in any station’s growth.

Upgrade Shipyard: Level 6 objectives

Es gibt ein einziges Ziel und keine Verzweigung:

  • Upgrade Shipyard to Level 6.

The mission text sums up why the building matters: upgrading the Shipyard gives access to new and more powerful ships. No system, hostile or donation is involved. The mission completes as soon as the Shipyard reaches level 6.

Wo und welcher Warp

Warp 1 to start, warp 1 to complete, and no pickup system. Everything happens on your station, so ship range and strength do not matter here.

The recommended level is listed as 1. What actually decides when you finish it is whether you can afford and unlock the Shipyard 6 upgrade.

Upgrade Shipyard: Level 6 rewards

The reward is 150 Tritanium. Completing the mission also unlocks the next station mission, Upgrade Operations to Level 7.

How Level 6 compares with other early Shipyard missions

Each early Shipyard level has its own mission, and the Tritanium reward grows slowly at first. Current game data:

Mission Tritanium
Upgrade Shipyard to Level 2 50
Upgrade Schiffswerft: Stufe 3 75
Upgrade Schiffswerft: Stufe 4 100
Upgrade Schiffswerft: Stufe 5 125
Upgrade Schiffswerft: Stufe 6 150
Upgrade Schiffswerft: Stufe 9 350
Upgrade Schiffswerft: Stufe 10 500

From level 2 to level 6 the reward rises by 25 Tritanium per step. By level 9 it has more than doubled, and level 10 pays 500. None of these Missionen add speed ups, so the Tritanium is the whole payout.

Shipyard upgrade context

The Shipyard unlocks once Operations reaches level 5 and the R&D Department reaches level 4. Building data puts the level 5 upgrade at 1,750 Parsteel with a listed build time of 26 minutes, requiring Operations 6 and R&D Department 5. Level 10 is the first milestone that asks for Tritanium, at 150 Tritanium and 10,000 Parsteel.

That puts the small reward in perspective: the 150 Tritanium from this mission alone matches the Tritanium cost of the Shipyard 10 upgrade.

Tips

Keep upgrading the Shipyard alongside Operations. The early station missions chain from one building to the next, so the Shipyard, R&D Department and Operations missions tend to unlock each other in turn.

Bank the Tritanium. Early missions pay it out in small amounts, and it will be needed for the Shipyard 10 upgrade.

The previous Shipyard mission is Upgrade Shipyard: Level 5, and this one is unlocked by the R&D Department level 6 mission, which shows how closely the two Gebäude are tied at this stage. Other missions sorted by level are on the Missionsleitfaden.
