Unhealthy Competition is an early mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you help a mining company that a rival has decimated. The game lists a recommended level of 11. It needs warp 5 to start and warp 7 to complete, and you can pick it up in any of six systems. There are no fights: you answer a distress signal on Goas in Elva, donate 400 Tritanium, and bring the wounded home. The reward is one Lucia Gonzales shard.
Unhealthy Competition objectives

- Donate 400 Tritanium.
- Return the wounded to your Station.
You fly to Elva and answer the signal on Goas. The donation has no location, so it can be paid as soon as the step opens. The last step takes the wounded back to your station, and the mission completes when you dock.
No hostile is listed, and there is no fight.

The mission can be picked up in Weh, Donfo, Fostaa, Collep, Honsao or Imgra. Any of them needs warp 5. Completing the mission needs warp 7, the range needed to reach Elva.
The recommended level is 11. With no fight, the only real requirements are warp 7 and 400 Tritanium.
Unhealthy Competition rewards
The mission pays one Lucia Gonzales shard. It does not unlock a follow-up mission.

All three need warp 5 to pick up. Running them together adds up to three Lucia Gonzales shards from one area.
Tips
Pick up the related missions on the same visit. If you are in Imgra or Fostaa, all three are available there.
Send any ship with the range. With no combat, a survey or mining ship that reaches warp 7 finishes Unhealthy Competition as well as a combat ship would. Know Your Enemy is the one of the three that needs a combat ship.
Keep 400 Tritanium in storage. It is a small amount, but the mission cannot finish without it. Other missions sorted by level are on the Missionsleitfaden.
