Power Vacuum is a one-objective Star Trek Fleet Command mission where you help the locals by thinning out the Klingon Pirates. It is listed at recommended level 1, but it needs warp 19 both to start and to complete, and its single objective is to defeat 12 hostiles of level 23 or higher. It can be picked up in any of ten systems. The reward is 61,000 Tritanium, a fair return for a kill count you may already be working through.
Power Vacuum objectives
Es gibt ein Ziel und keine Verzweigung:
- Defeat 12 hostiles of level 23 or higher.
The story frames it as a favour to the locals, who want the Klingonisch Pirates thinned out. The objective itself is worded more broadly: it asks for 12 hostiles of level 23 or higher and does not say they have to be pirates. It does not name a system either.
The level floor is the thing to watch: hostiles below level 23 are not what this objective asks for, so pick targets at 23 or above.
Wo und welcher Warp
Power Vacuum needs warp 19 to start and warp 19 to complete. It is offered in ten pickup systems:
- Vosak
- Bazamex
- Eagutim
- Woxoxit
- Loiat
- Nipaj
- Loaiy
- Wauoxic
- Metea
- Mapic
The recommended level of 1 is misleading. The warp 19 pickup and the level 23 hostiles are what decide when you can take it on, and a ship that struggles against level 23 targets will not get far.
Power Vacuum rewards
The reward is 61,000 Tritanium. Power Vacuum does not unlock a follow-up mission in the current game data.
Power Vacuum and Into Thin Air compared
Into Thin Air asks for a similar kill count against hostiles of the same level, alongside a longer story:
| Mission | Recommended level | Warp | Kill count | Other objectives | Belohnungen |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Kraftvolles Vakuum | 1 | 19 to start and complete | 12 hostiles of level 23 or higher | Keine | 61,000 Tritanium |
| Into Thin Air | 25 | 1 to start, 20 to complete | 10 hostiles of level 23 or higher | Four travel steps across Beta-Montage, Netron Omega and Netron Alpha | 240 3★ Interceptor Parts, 80 3★ Explorer Parts, 335,000 Parsteel |
Both target the same level of hostile, and a ship that handles one handles the other. Power Vacuum is the shorter job with a single, simple reward. Into Thin Air takes longer but pays more, mostly in ship parts and Parsteel.
Tips
Use a combat ship that clears level 23 hostiles quickly. Twelve fights is enough that repair time adds up, so a ship that finishes each one with little damage saves you time overall.
Accept it from whichever pickup system is closest. All ten offer the same mission at the same warp.
The Tritanium is best put toward building upgrades, which lean on Tritanium more heavily as you level. Into Thin Air has its own page, and every mission by level is on the Missionsleitfaden.
