Refinery Level 45 is a late station mission in Star Trek Fleet Command. The single objective is to upgrade your Refinery to level 45. It runs at warp 1 from start to finish and the game lists a recommended level of 1, so the upgrade itself is the whole requirement. The reward is 1,000,000 each of 4★ Rohkristall, 4★ Rohgas and 4★ Roherz, which is fitting for the building that turns raw materials into refined ones. Completing it unlocks R&D Department Level 46.

Tips
Feed the raw materials straight back into the Refinery. Three million units of 4★ raw material is a big stock to refine, and the next Refinery level asks for 15,000 4★ Common Refined Ore plus 2,000 4★ Uncommon Refined Ore.
Plan the Dilithium Vault first. It is a requirement for both level 45 and level 46, so falling behind on it blocks two Refinery upgrades in a row.
Save speed ups for this build. At more than 155 days unboosted, the level 45 upgrade is where stockpiled speed ups from other missions count most.
