The Gorn Eviscerator is an Epic, grade 4 Interceptor reverse engineered from scans of a downed Gorn ship. It is a specialist: both of its abilities reward you for hunting Gorn Hunters, raising your Isolytic damage against them and multiplying the Apex Isomatter they yield. You unlock the build once your Shipyard reaches level 40. If you farm Gorn Hunters for Apex materials, it earns its place. Outside that job, it has little reason to fly.
How to get the Gorn Eviscerator
The Gorn Eviscerator needs 200 blueprints, and the build unlocks once your Shipyard reaches level 40. The game Daten does not record where the blueprints come from, so check the current in-game offers and stores rather than assuming a single source.
The build cost is 5,000 4★ Common Refined Gas, 36,000,000 Tritanium, 4,000,000 Dilithium, and 20,000 4★ Common Refined Crystal. Construction runs 30 days, so line up the materials and the shipyard time before you start the timer.
Gorn Eviscerator ability
The ship carries two always-active abilities, both pointed at Gorn Hunters. Hunt the Hunters increases Isolytic damage against Gorn Hunters, starting at 200% at ship level 1 and climbing to 7,500% at level 75. Rigorous Extraction increases the Apex Isomatter you gain from defeating Gorn Hunters, from 5,000% at level 1 up to 69,000% at level 75. Ship abilities need no activation, so both bonuses apply the moment you engage that target.
Read together, the two abilities define the ship. It is a dedicated Apex Isomatter farmer against one enemy type, not a general combat hull you would take into open PvP or mixed hostile grinding. The higher you level it, the sharper both bonuses get, so ship level matters more here than on a jack-of-all-trades ship.
Stats and tiers
Base values from the current game data; research, buffs and Offiziere raise them in play.
| Ebene | Warp (speed / range) | Impulse | Cargo (protected) | Shield HP | Hull HP | Health (displayed) |
| Stufe 1 | 4.66 / 110 | 120 | 400,000 (24,000) | 95,875 | 87,425 | 91,650 |
| Stufe 8 | 7 / 290 | 120 | 1,630,000 (112,000) | 396,230 | 361,313 | 378,772 |
| Tier 15 | 8.75 / 1,130 | 120 | 5,860,000 (436,800) | 3,493,901 | 2,986,881 | 3,240,391 |
Weapons and firing pattern
Warm-up is the round a weapon first fires; cool-down is the number of rounds between shots after that. The values below are at max tier 15.
| Waffe | Typ | Shots | Warm-up | Cool-down | Damage | Crit chance | Crit damage |
| Waffe 1 | Energie | 1 | 1 | 1 | 796,101–981,834 | 10% | 150% |
| Waffe 2 | Kinetic | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1,218,978–1,523,712 | 10% | 150% |
| Waffe 3 | Kinetic | 2 | 2 | 2 | 2,223,560–2,779,464 | 10% | 150% |
Weapon 3 is the heaviest hitter, a two-shot kinetic battery that first fires on round two and reloads every two rounds after that. Weapons 1 and 2 fire every round from the start, so the ship opens with steady damage and then adds the big kinetic volley.
Crew slots and officer bonus
The Gorn Eviscerator opens officer slots as it levels, reaching a full seven-officer bridge at ship level 55.
| Ship level | Officer slots |
| 5 | 1 |
| 10 | 2 |
| 20 | 3 |
| 30 | 4 |
| 40 | 5 |
| 45 | 6 |
| 55 | 7 |
The ship also raises your officers’ own stats. Its attack, defense and health bonuses use one shared ladder, so a single figure covers all three. Each step needs a higher officer-stat total on the ship to reach the next bonus.
| Amount | Bonus |
| 1,500 | 50% |
| 3,000 | 100% |
| 4,875 | 150% |
| 6,750 | 200% |
| 9,000 | 250% |
| 12,000 | 300% |
| 16,500 | 350% |
| 22,500 | 400% |
| 30,000 | 450% |
| 45,000 | 500% |
Gorn Eviscerator refits
Refits spend shards to unlock permanent upgrades. The Gorn Eviscerator has one that matters for farming, plus an officer-shard exchange.
| Nachrüstung | What it does |
| Oblique Eviscerator | Costs 120 shards to unlock. Increases base max cargo by 300%, and increases Apex Ship Parts by 50% and Gorn Eviscerator parts by 30% in the Gorn Eviscerator Raffinerie. |
| Nova Squadron Officer Currency | Exchanges for Officer Shards. |
Crew for the Gorn Eviscerator
This Interceptor exists to kill Gorn Hunters and pull Apex Isomatter, so build the bridge around damage against that target and enough survivability to finish the fight. A captain who lifts weapon damage or isolytic output, backed by officers that add mitigation or crit, does more here than any mining setup. It is a combat hull, not a survey ship, so protected cargo matters less than staying alive long enough to close the kill.
Specific picks shift with the meta, so confirm the current best crews before you commit. See the Officer Tier List for up-to-date recommendations.
The Gorn Eviscerator in Star Trek
The Gorn are longtime Star Trek antagonists, the reptilian species Captain Kirk first fought hand to hand in the original-series episode “Arena.” The Eviscerator itself is a Star Trek Fleet Befehl original rather than a ship from the screen. In the game’s story it is reverse engineered from scans of a downed Gorn vessel, close enough to the real thing to pass for one, and fitted with a stolen Gorn portal engine and purpose-built isolytic artillery aimed at Gorn weak points. The game frames it as a weapon meant to turn the Gorn’s own technology back against them.
Is the Gorn Eviscerator worth it?
For a grade 4 Episch, the Gorn Eviscerator is narrow by design. If Gorn Hunters and Apex Isomatter are on your list, the two abilities and the Oblique Eviscerator refit turn it into a focused farming tool that pays back the 200 blueprints. If you are not chasing Apex materials, a general-purpose grade 4 ship will serve you better day to day. The game data lists no scrap level for it, so treat it as a keeper for its specific job.
