Tips
Line up Operations 77 and F&E-Abteilung 77 first, since both are listed requirements. Midnight Oil, the Gravimetric Daten mission at level 76, also asks for Operations 77, so the two goals overlap.
Keep going to level 78 when you can. Science Lab 78, the next mission, lists Engine Technology Lab 78 as a requirement.
