The Envoy is a ship-building mission in Star Trek Fleet Command. You research the Envoy, collect its blueprints and build it in the Werft. It runs at warp 1, the game lists a recommended level of 1, and the only objective is to build the ship. The reward is 150 Premium Recruit Tokens. It is the last of the Grade 2 ship-building Missionen before the line moves on to Grade 3 ships and Ultra Recruit Tokens.

The mission clears when an Envoy comes out of your shipyard. It is a Grade 2 Gemeinsame Independent Survey ship. No travel, fights or donations are involved.

The listed recommended level is 1. The real requirement is having the research and blueprints for the Envoy.
The Envoy rewards
The reward is 150 Premium Recruit Tokens. Completing the mission unlocks the next ship-building mission, The Kehra.

With The Envoy done, all four Grade 2 hull types are covered, and the four missions together have paid 600 Premium Recruit Tokens. The Kehra switches to Ultra Recruit Tokens.
Tips
Build the Envoy when you want a Grade 2 Survey ship. The reward does not change with how you use it afterwards.
The Grade 3 missions that follow pay more, from 200 Ultra Recruit Tokens for The Kehra up to 800 for The Horizon, so it is worth keeping the line moving.
