A Helping Hand is a level 26 story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you assist the Starfleet cadet T’Pora with her training. You collect her in S’mtharz, take her into neutral space at Alhazar, clear ten hostiles of level 25 or higher, and return her to Starfleet in Angosia. The mission starts at warp 1 and needs warp 22 to complete, and there is no scripted boss. The reward is all repair speed ups: seventy 5 Minute and twenty-three 15 Minute ones. Finishing it unlocks One More Round.
A Helping Hand objectives
Five objectives with no choice split:
- Meet with T’Pora. Location: S’mtharz.
- Go into Neutral Space. Location: Alhazar.
- Defeat 10 Hostiles of Level 25 or higher.
- Return T’Pora to Starfleet. Location: Angosia.
- Return to your Station.
The mission is a training run. After picking up T’Pora and heading into neutral space, the combat objective is ten hostiles of level 25 or higher, with no system named, so any qualifying kills count. Then you drop T’Pora off with Starfleet in Angosia and fly home.
Where and what warp
The mission appears at warp 1 and needs warp 22 to complete. S’mtharz, Alhazar and Angosia are the three named systems.
The recommended level is 26, one above the level 25 hostiles the mission asks for, so a ship comfortable at this level should handle them.

Together that is 350 minutes plus 345 minutes, or 695 minutes of repair time, which is 11 hours and 35 minutes. Completing it unlocks the next T’Pora mission, One More Round.
The T’Pora missions
A Helping Hand sits between Business as Usual and One More Round, and all three are recommended for level 26. Current game data:

Business as Usual rescues T’Pora and returns her to Starfleet in Angosia, this mission trains her, and One More Round has you help her infiltrate Romulan space. A Helping Hand has the highest warp of the three and is the only one paying speed ups instead of resources.
Angosia is also where Business as Usual has you return T’Pora, so this is the second time you bring her back to Starfleet there.
Tips
Knock out the ten hostiles wherever you normally hunt. The objective has no location, so there is no need to farm in Alhazar specifically.
Use the speed ups on your busiest combat days. Seventy 5 minute speed ups are handy for quick top-ups between hostile fights, and the 15 minute ones cover heavier damage.
Move straight on to One More Round. It needs no fight, only visits to Fastolf and Huebr, and pays 336,000 Parsteel and 50,000 Tritanium, so it is a quick follow-up once this mission is done.
