Upgrade auf Schiffswerft Stufe 42

Upgrade to Shipyard Level 42 is a station mission in Star Trek Fleet Command. Its one objective is to raise your Shipyard to level 42, it runs at warp 1 from start to finish, and the game lists a recommended level of 1, so the building upgrade is the only real requirement. The reward is 60 of each 4★ Ungewöhnlich ship part type: Interceptor, Explorer, Battleship and Survey. Completing it unlocks the Schiffshangar level 42 mission.

Upgrade to Shipyard Level 42 objectives

There is a single objective and no choice split:

  • Upgrade to Shipyard Level 42.

No system, hostile or donation is involved. The mission completes when the Werft reaches level 42.

Wo und welcher Warp

Warp 1 to start and warp 1 to complete, with no pickup system. The whole mission happens on your station.

The recommended level is listed as 1, but the mission only completes once Shipyard 42 is built, so that upgrade is the real gate.

Upgrade to Shipyard Level 42 rewards

Belohnung Amount
4★ Uncommon Interceptor Parts 60
4★ Uncommon Explorer Parts 60
4★ Uncommon Battleship Parts 60
4★ Uncommon Survey Parts 60

That is 240 parts in total, split evenly across the four hull types. Completing the mission also unlocks the next station mission, Ship Hangar Level 42.

How Shipyard 42 compares with later Shipyard missions

Every Shipyard level in the forties has a mission of its own, and all of them pay ship parts. Current game Daten for the ones with published guides:

Mission Parts per hull type Part grade
Shipyard Level 42 60 4★ Uncommon
Schiffswerft Stufe 43 80 4★ Uncommon
Schiffswerft Stufe 44 90 4★ Uncommon
Schiffswerft Stufe 46 9 4★ Seltene
Schiffswerft Stufe 49 15 4★ Rare

The Uncommon part count grows through 43 and 44. By level 46 the reward switches to 4★ Rare parts in much smaller numbers, so level 42 sits early in the Uncommon stretch.

What the Shipyard gives you at this stage

The Shipyard raises ship construction speed and tier up speed with each level. Current game data puts both bonuses at 111% at level 40 and 137% at level 45, so level 42 falls between those two points.

Upgrades in this range are long and expensive. Level 40 alone costs 30.1M Tritanium, 5.158B Parsteel and 50,000 4★ Gemeinsame Refined Crystal, with an unboosted build time of 96 days and 23 hours. Level 45 requires Operations 45 and R&D Department 45 before it can start.

The station Missionen on either side pay very differently. R&D Department Level 42, just before this one, pays 23 100K Dilithium Tokens and fifty 8 Hour Speed Ups, and Ship Hangar Level 42, just after it, pays 7,875,000 Tritanium and eight 1M Tritanium Tokens.

Tips

Hold the parts until you know which ship you are tiering next. The mission hands out an even split, and the parts for the hull you are levelling now are the ones to spend first.

The Survey parts are easy to overlook. If you run miners, 60 4★ Uncommon Survey Parts is a meaningful batch toward their next tier.
