Eclipse Security Codes are spent in the Rogue Faction Store, the store tied to Harry Mudd and his Rogues. If you farm these ships often, the Stella is built for it: its Master Thief ability raises the rewards you get from Eclipse hostiles, from 200% at ship level 1 up to 600% at level 45.

Is Kuzukoh worth the trip?
Kuzukoh spans Exchange Transports from level 27 to 32, a wider spread than Leone or Tombstone, so a single trip covers both easy kills and the level 31 and 32 ships that pay noticeably more codes. It shares the 2⇴ Raw Isogen mine type with Leone and Tombstone and also has station housing.
