…But Now I See is a level 26 story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you investigate T’Pora’s whereabouts. It starts at warp 1 and needs warp 22 to complete, with stops in Talmir-86 and Strezhi. You donate 35,000 Dilithium and beat a Klingon ship at roughly 204,300 strength. The reward is 1,168,000 Parsteel, 172,000 Tritanium and 13 3★ Uncommon Refined Crystal, a good return on the Dilithium you put in.

…But Now I See objectives

There are five objectives and no choice split:

  • Retrace T’Pora’s steps. Location: Talmir-86.
  • Donate 35,000 Dilithium.
  • Defeat the Klingon ship. Location: Talmir-86. Enemy strength is roughly 204,300.
  • Search for T’Pora in Romulan space. Location: Strezhi.
  • Return to your Station.

You follow T’Pora’s trail to Talmir-86, pay 35,000 Dilithium, and fight off a Klingon ship there. The search then moves into Romulan space at Strezhi before you head home.

Where and what warp

No pickup system is listed. The mission is available from warp 1 and follows on from the previous story mission. Completing it needs warp 22, which is the range for Talmir-86.

The recommended level is 26. The Klingon ship at around 204,300 strength is the one fight and the best guide to whether you are ready.

…But Now I See rewards

Reward Amount
Parsteel 1,168,000
Tritanium 172,000
3★ Uncommon Refined Crystal 13

Completing it unlocks the next mission, Here and There.

How it compares with other T’Pora missions

A run of level 26 missions follows T’Pora and the Klingon Separatists. Current game data for several of them:

Mission Warp to complete Fight Rewards
From the Brink 17 Separatist Ship (~204,300) 16,000 Dilithium, 50 5 Minute Repair Speed Up
The Inevitable 22 Klingon Officer (~198,251) in Talmir-86 20 Recruit Token, 17,000 Dilithium
…But Now I See 22 Klingon ship (~204,300) in Talmir-86 1,168,000 Parsteel, 172,000 Tritanium, 13 3★ Uncommon Refined Crystal
Here and There 18 Romulan assassin (~200,351) 560,000 Parsteel, 6 3★ Uncommon Refined Gas

All four fights sit between about 198,000 and 204,300 strength, so one ship can carry you through the whole run. …But Now I See is the only one of them with a donation, and it pays the most Parsteel and Tritanium in return.

The Inevitable also sends you to Talmir-86, so the route will be familiar. Its Klingon Officer is only about 6,000 strength weaker than this mission’s Klingon ship, so a ship that wins one fight is ready for the other.

Tips

Have 35,000 Dilithium ready before you reach Talmir-86. The donation comes before the fight, and the mission will not go further until it is paid.

Repair after the Klingon ship if needed. The rest of the mission is travel to Strezhi and home, so there is no rush.

The mission before this one is I Once Was Blind…, and the next one is Here and There. Other missions sorted by level are on the mission guide.
