It is picked up in Khitomer, needs warp 17 to start and to finish, and has a single delivery objective with no fighting. The reward is Klingon reputation, Klingon credits and recruit tokens, and a Cargo Container, at a cost in Romulan and Federation standing.

- Take Kuron to Deneva. Location: Deneva.
You collect Kuron at Nu’Daq Station in Khitomer, a level 23 Klingon system, and fly him to the planet Deneva in the Deneva system, a level 15 neutral system. Arriving completes the mission. There is no hostile, no donation and no return trip.
Where and what warp
The pickup system is Khitomer, and warp 17 covers both the start and the finish. Getting to Khitomer is the harder part, since the delivery to Deneva is well within that range.
The game lists a recommended level of 1. With no combat, the only requirement is a ship that can reach Khitomer.

All three also take Romulan and Federation points away. And the Blood Was Ankle Deep costs the least on that side (589 Romulan and 221 Federation) and is the only one of the three with no fight, which makes it the gentlest way to earn Klingon standing from this pickup.
Tips
Think about your faction plans before you accept. The Klingon Points go up, but the Romulan and Federation losses count against your standing with those factions.
Use any ship. There is no fight, so a survey or mining hull with the range to reach Khitomer will do the job and keep your combat ships free.
