To get the technology Dalen needs for his research, you go to Draken and bargain with the Romulans: pay 750,000 Tritanium, or perform a service by dealing with a <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/romulanisch\/\"   title=\"Romulanische Fraktion\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"23267\">Romulanisch<\/a> informant in Rana Nur. The game lists a recommended level of 25, and the mission can be accepted at warp 1 but needs warp 17 to complete. Paying earns 26 3\u2605 Uncommon Refined <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/gas\/\"   title=\"Rohgas\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"15208\">Gas<\/a>; the service earns fifty 1 Hour Speed Ups.
