The Price of Unity is a Klingon story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you track down the Sword of Kahless and try to reclaim it from Venik. The game lists a recommended level of 1, it starts at warp 1 and needs warp 13 to complete, and it splits on whether you attack Venik or bribe him.
