In this mission the ship has mutinied, and Witnesses sends you into Klingon territory to find out more about Venonn&#8217;s mutiny. The Phillips Incident needs the least warp of the three, and its one fight is far weaker than the Orion Slaver in Work Experience.<\/p>\n<p>Work Experience and this mission both pay 374,000 Federation Points and cost 592,416 Klingon Points. Witnesses raises that to 448,000 and 725,760.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Bring your strongest combat ship to New Canberra. The Klingon assailant is the only fight, and at nearly 2 million strength it decides whether you finish.<\/p>\n<p>Weigh the Klingon reputation loss. Almost 600,000 Klingon Points per mission adds up fast across this storyline.<\/p>\n<p>Keep the repair speed ups for Witnesses. Its sixteen hostile kills will cause more wear than this single fight.
