It starts at warp 1 and needs warp 37 to complete. You collect the asylum seeker on Khitomer, destroy a dissident Klingon ship there and take the refugee, Elara, to safety on Ligotia in <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/jiwupuh-36-klingonisch\/\">Jiwu&#8217;puH<\/a>. The reward is 10,756,000 Parsteel, 317,000 Dilithium, 400 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/klingonisch\/\"   title=\"Klingonenfraktion\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"19300\">Klingonisch<\/a> Credits and 60,000 Klingon Points, with a loss of 69,120 Romulan Points.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Outsider_objectives\"><\/span>The Outsider objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Es gibt drei Ziele in fester Reihenfolge und keine Verzweigung durch eine Wahl:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect the Romulan asylum seeker on Khitomer. Location: Khitomer.<\/li>\n<li>Destroy the dissident Klingon ship. Location: Khitomer. Enemy strength is about 937,932.<\/li>\n<li>Take Elara to a safe location on Ligotia. Location: Jiwu&#8217;puH.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elara is waiting on Khitomer, and so is a dissident Klingon ship that has to be destroyed before the transfer can go ahead. The last leg takes Elara to Ligotia in the Jiwu&#8217;puH system.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_and_what_warp\"><\/span>Wo und welcher Warp<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>You can accept The Outsider at warp 1, and it needs warp 37 to complete. Khitomer and Jiwu&#8217;puH are the two systems.<\/p>\n<p>The game lists a recommended level of 1. The dissident ship is the only fight, and it stands between you and the refugee.<\/p>\n<p>Check your warp. The jump from warp 31 in The Mind&#8217;s Eye to warp 37 here can catch out a ship that only just cleared the previous mission.<\/p>\n<p>The 10.7 million Parsteel is a large payout for one fight.
