You speak with a <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tal\/\"   title=\"Offizier Tal\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"15092\">Tal<\/a> Shiar agent in Ami Bera, follow the AWOL agent to Neboo, pay a 4M Dilithium donation and find the agent&#8217;s hidden base in Ovala. It is picked up in Yina and needs warp 120 to start and complete. The game lists a recommended level of 1, but the warp 120 pickup is the real bar. The reward is 26 4\u2605 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tag\/rare-officers\/\"   title=\"Seltene Beamte\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"26617\">Seltene<\/a> Refined Crystal and 100 4\u2605 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tag\/uncommon-officers\/\"   title=\"Uncommon-Offiziere\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"15088\">Ungew\u00f6hnlich<\/a> Refined Crystal, and finishing it unlocks the next mission, Hunted.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Liability_objectives\"><\/span>The Liability objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The story line asks you to track down the rogue agent. There are five objectives in a fixed order and no choice split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Speak with the Tal Shiar agent. Location: Ami Bera.<\/li>\n<li>Track down the AWOL agent. Location: Neboo.<\/li>\n<li>Donate 4M <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/dilithium\/\"   title=\"Dilithium\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"26616\">Dilithium<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Find the agent&#8217;s hidden base. Location: Ovala.<\/li>\n<li>Return to Your Station.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There is no fight in this mission. The steps are travel across three systems plus one large donation in the middle, then a trip home.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_and_what_warp\"><\/span>Wo und welcher Warp<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The pickup system is Yina, and the mission needs warp 120 to start and to complete. The route then runs through <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/ami-bera\/\">Ami Bera<\/a>, Neboo and Ovala.<\/p>\n<p>The recommended level is listed as 1. The difference is the faction side: Forging Ties is a Romulan mission that costs 1,350,000 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/foderation\/\"   title=\"F\u00f6derationsfraktion\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"15087\">F\u00f6deration<\/a> Points and 300,000 Klingon Points, while The Liability leaves your reputation untouched.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Hostiles_along_the_route\"><\/span>Hostiles along the route<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Nothing needs to be fought, but current hostile data shows plenty to farm on the way. Yina has <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/romulan-patrol\/\">Romulanische Patrouille<\/a> ships from level 43 to 49 and <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/romulan-enforcer\/\">Romulan Enforcers<\/a> from 44 to 48. Ami Bera has Romulan hostiles from about level 40 to 46, Neboo has <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/fearless-bandits\/\">Furchtlose Banditen<\/a> from 41 to 47, and Ovala has Reckless Bandits in the same range.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Check your Dilithium before you accept. The donation comes in the middle, right after the Neboo step, so have the 4 million ready by then.<\/p>\n<p>Any ship with warp 120 will do. With no combat objective, a fast ship saves time across three systems.<\/p>\n<p>Keep the 4\u2605 Rare Refined Crystal for high-level upgrades that ask for it.
