The mission text asks you to research the ship, acquire its blueprints and build it in the shipyard, and the one objective completes when the <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/kehra\/\">Kehra<\/a> is built. The recommended level is 1 and it needs warp 1 to start and to complete. The reward is 200 Ultra Recruit Tokens, and it unlocks The Vahklas. These are base values from the game data.<\/p>\n<p>The Kehra itself is a grade 3, <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tag\/common-officers\/\"   title=\"Common-Offiziere\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"11039\">gemeinsame<\/a> rarity Independent interceptor. Its in-game description calls it a Tellarite design named after one of the moons of Tellar Prime. Its ship ability, Armor Breaker, raises its Armor Piercing against <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tag\/battleships\/\"   title=\"Schlachtschiffe\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"11037\">Schlachtschiffe<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_and_what_warp\"><\/span>Wo und welcher Warp<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>This mission is completed at your station. It needs warp 1 to start and warp 1 to complete, and no system is involved. At level 20 it is the hard gate, and no amount of blueprints helps until it is met.<\/p>\n<p>Save the Tritanium and Dilithium while you gather blueprints. 250,000 Tritanium and 10,000 Dilithium is a sizeable cost at the point where Shipyard 20 is new, and having both ready means you can build as soon as the 40th blueprint arrives.<\/p>\n<p>If you plan to build the Vahklas next, keep saving after the Kehra is done: it needs 500,000 Tritanium and 20,000 Dilithium, with Shipyard 22.
