The story line tells you to research the ship, acquire its blueprints and build it in the <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/werft\/\"   title=\"Shipyard\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"12676\">Werft<\/a>, and the single objective is to build the ECS Fortunate. It runs at warp 1 from start to finish and the game lists a recommended level of 1, so the ship&#8217;s own build requirements are what you need to meet. The reward is 50 Recruit Tokens, and completing it unlocks the next ship-building mission, The Phindra.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_ECS_Fortunate_objectives\"><\/span>The ECS Fortunate objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>One objective, with no choice split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build the ECS Fortunate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No system, hostile or donation is involved. The mission completes once an <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/ecs-gluck\/\">ECS Fortunate<\/a> comes out of your shipyard.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_and_what_warp\"><\/span>Wo und welcher Warp<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Warp 1 to start and warp 1 to complete, with no pickup system. Its ability, <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/parsteel\/\"   title=\"Parsteel\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"12679\">Parsteel<\/a> Mining Laser, raises its Parsteel mining rate by 15% at ship level 1, scaling up to 100% at level 20. The mission before it, <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/die-orion-corvette\/\">The Orion Corvette<\/a>, pays 20 Recruit Tokens, so this one pays more for a smaller build.<\/p>\n<p>For the ship itself, current game data gives the ECS Fortunate a 2,000 cargo hold and warp range 6 at Tier 1, rising to a 14,700 hold and range 13 at Tier 4.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Build it even if you do not plan to fly it much. The mission only needs the ship built, and a survey ship with a Parsteel mining bonus is useful for early Parsteel runs anyway.<\/p>\n<p>Check Shipyard level 7 first. If your Shipyard is lower, the build is blocked until you upgrade it.<\/p>\n<p>Start the Phindra blueprints early.
