It begins in Olassa, out at warp 23 in <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tag\/augment-faction-officers\/\"   title=\"Fraktionsoffiziere verst\u00e4rken\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"6146\">Augment<\/a> space, and ends on a choice that decides your rewards: back Khan, or turn on him. Three escalating hostile fights stand between you and that decision.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Coming_Darkness_objectives\"><\/span>The Coming Darkness objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The mission runs in order through Olassa and then Lorillia. It is combat-heavy: you clear four hostile targets before the story splits, then one or two more depending on your choice. That is the number to plan around: warp 23 to complete. The Lorillia objectives are closer, at warp 13 in <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/foderation\/\"   title=\"F\u00f6derationsfraktion\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"6147\">F\u00f6deration<\/a> space, but you still need the longer range to reach Olassa first, so build for warp 23 before you start.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Coming_Darkness_rewards\"><\/span>The Coming Darkness rewards<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Both paths hand out 2,000 Augment Points, but the rest of the payout is different. If you take Path B, the fight against Khan himself jumps to about 293,839, the hardest hit in the mission, so save your strongest hostile crew for it. Choose your path on what you need. Path A is the pick for Khan shards and a big Parsteel and Tritanium injection; Path B is better if you want recruit tokens and refined ore, gas, and crystal. Once you commit, the other path&#8217;s rewards are gone, so decide before you finish the operative fight.
