It starts at warp 1 and needs warp 70 to complete. You defend the colony, clear 25 hostiles of level 40 or higher and defeat Lieutenant Lotem for good. The reward is 56,700,000 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/parsteel\/\"   title=\"Parsteel\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"19393\">Parsteel<\/a> and 60 1M Parsteel Tokens, plus 600 Romulan Credits and 260,000 Romulan Points, with a loss of 262,080 Federation Points. No mission around it pays more Parsteel.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Best_Defense_objectives\"><\/span>The Best Defense objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>There are four objectives in a fixed order and no choice split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Defend the Colony from the Loyalists. Location: New Berlin.<\/li>\n<li>Defeat 25 hostiles of Level 40 or higher.<\/li>\n<li>Defeat Lieutenant Lotem for good. Location: New Berlin. Pick a system with plenty of level 40 or higher targets and clear them before you go after Lotem.<\/p>\n<p>Repair before the Lotem fight.
