The game lists a recommended level of 1; it starts at warp 1 and needs warp 22 to complete. True to its name, there is no combat: you travel to Deneva and Tejat, then donate 850,000 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/parsteel\/\"   title=\"Parsteel\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"12672\">Parsteel<\/a> to build the Dissimilation Center.
