For the Glory of Romulus is a Star Trek Fleet Command mission that ends with you picking a faction and burning a bridge with another one. It opens with a 10,000 Dilithium donation to the Romulans, moves a crucible from Labac out to Midnight, and asks for warp 12 by the time you finish. Whichever side you back pays 250 of that faction’s reputation points and 25 of its credits.<\/p>\n
Six steps, then a three-way split:<\/p>\n
The donation is the real gate. Ten thousand Dilithium is a lot to hand over in one click at this stage of the game, and the mission will sit there unfinished until you have it, so treat it as the thing to plan around rather than the travel. Everything after it is movement and combat: fetch the crucible, clear eight hostiles, carry the crucible to Midnight, clear ten more.<\/p>\n
Both hostile objectives want level 17 or higher targets, which rules out the low-level grinding spawns you may be used to farming. Any level 17+ hostile counts, so you can knock these out wherever your ship is comfortable rather than parking in one system.<\/p>\n
“Pick a side” is where the mission branches. Each choice sends you after two enemy generals, and the objectives and the payout both change depending on who you side with. You cannot run all three.<\/p>\n
The mission is picked up at warp 1, so nothing about starting it is demanding. Completing it is another matter: warp 12 is the number to plan around, and that is the figure worth checking against your ship before you spend the Dilithium.<\/p>\n
Two systems carry the mission. Labac is where the crucible waits, a level 17 neutral<\/a> system, and Midnight is where you deliver it and fight the generals, a level 19 neutral system. Neutral space means the travel itself costs you no reputation. The only reputation that moves here is what the ending hands you.<\/p>\n The three endings pay differently, and each one costs you standing with a faction you did not choose:<\/p>\n Finishing the mission also moves the storyline forward and opens the next mission in the arc, Peace in Our Time.<\/p>\n Bank the Dilithium first. If you accept the mission with 3,000 in storage you are going to be mining for a while before anything else happens, and mining Dilithium at this stage is slower than most players expect. Fill the stockpile, then start.<\/p>\n Check your warp range against 12 before you commit.
