It is built for speed and defense rather than raw firepower: its Phalanx ability raises the shield deflection, armor and dodge of your whole fleet while defending, and it can equip a cloak. Treat it as a defensive support hull for station and territory fights, not a front-line damage dealer.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_get_the_Valdore\"><\/span>How to get the Valdore<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The Valdore needs 150 blueprints and a <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/werft\/\"   title=\"Werft\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"7609\">Werft<\/a> at level 42, plus its associated construction research, before you can build it. The game <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/daten\/\"   title=\"Offiziersdaten\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"5138\">Daten<\/a> does not tie the blueprints to a specific event or store, so plan on collecting 150 of them wherever they currently show up rather than counting on one fixed source.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Valdore_ability\"><\/span>Valdore ability<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The Valdore&#8217;s ship ability is <strong>Phalanx<\/strong>. When the Valdore is defending, at the start of each round it increases the Shield Deflection, Armor and Dodge of all your ships and <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/defense-platforms\/\"   title=\"Verteidigungsplattformen\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"7753\">defense platforms<\/a>. That bonus starts at 30% at level 1 and climbs to 150% at level 60. Ship abilities are always active, so there is nothing to trigger.<\/p>\n<p>In play, Phalanx makes the Valdore a defensive anchor. Sit it in a defending fleet or at a station under attack and every friendly ship soaks more damage through higher mitigation, with the bonus reapplying each round the fight runs.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Valdore_active_abilities\"><\/span>Valdore active abilities<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Beyond the always-on Phalanx, the Valdore can use player-triggered abilities once you unlock them through refits. <strong>Schiffstarnung<\/strong> hides the ship until the cloak&#8217;s duration ends or you enter combat, start mining, or dock at a station. <strong>Field Repairs<\/strong> instantly restores 25% of the ship&#8217;s hull HP out of combat while undocked, which saves a trip back to a station after a rough fight. The Valdore-type warbird first appeared in the 2002 film Star Trek: Nemesis, where Commander Donatra&#8217;s ship, the IRW Valdore, broke with the Romulan fleet and fought alongside the Enterprise-E against Shinzon&#8217;s Scimitar.
