Its Shield Disruptor ability raises the ship’s Shield Piercing whenever it fights an Explorer, which makes it an early counter-ship in that matchup. You unlock the build at Shipyard level 24. For its grade it works as a cheap, specialized battleship rather than an all-round warship.

How to get the Kumari

You build the Kumari at your own shipyard once it reaches level 24, and the build also needs a ship-specific research completed first. Unlocking the ship takes 60 blueprints, and construction then costs 880,000 Tritanium and 35,000 Dilithium, with a build time of 10 days and 10 hours. The game Daten does not tie those blueprints to a single event or store, so gather them from wherever they currently appear rather than counting on one channel. The research prerequisite means the Kumari is not a ship you can rush the moment your shipyard hits level 24; you clear the tech gate first, then commit the resources. The Kumari becomes scrappable once your base reaches Betrieb level 26, which is worth knowing before you pour resources into tiering it up, since a scrapped ship returns parts and materials rather than the time you spent building it.

Kumari ability

The Kumari’s ability is Shield Disruptor, and it is always active. When the enemy ship is an Explorer, the Kumari increases its own Shield Piercing against that target. The bonus scales with ship level, starting at 10% at level 1 and reaching 60% at level 45 (around 19% by level 10, 34% by level 25, and 51% by level 40). Shield Piercing pushes more of your damage through the enemy’s shields instead of letting the shields absorb it, so the Kumari lands its hardest hits against the exact hull type Schlachtschiffe are meant to beat. In Star Trek Fleet Command’s combat triangle, Battleships already hold the edge over Explorers, and the Shield Disruptor sharpens that edge by stripping away the shield protection Explorers rely on. Against Interceptors or rival Battleships the ability does nothing, so treat the Kumari as a matchup pick rather than a ship you fly into every fight.

Stats and tiers

Base values below come from the current game data; research, buffs, and Offiziere raise them in play.

Ebene

Warp (speed / range)

Impulse

Cargo (protected)

Shield HP

Hull HP

Health (displayed)

1

2.3 / 21

85

8,000 (200)

2,760

11,040

6,900

5

2.7 / 26

85

16,820 (250)

2,760

24,915

13,837.5

9

3.1 / 34

85

42,000 (400)

2,760

30,020

16,390

Cargo grows a lot as the Kumari tiers up, but the shield HP stays flat while the hull HP nearly triples, so most of its survivability at higher tiers sits in the hull rather than the shields.

Weapons and firing pattern

Warm-up is the combat round a weapon first fires; cool-down is how many rounds pass before it fires again.
