Bristow sends you to propose a deal to the mining colony in Sunray: Section 31&#8217;s protection in exchange for exclusive access to the colony&#8217;s Mirror Universe Monotanium. It needs warp 1 to start and warp 10 to complete. You donate 1B <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/parsteel\/\"   title=\"Parsteel\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"23213\">Parsteel<\/a>, call for reinforcements, and survive a round of Section 31: Wave Defense. The reward is 800 Ultra Recruit Tokens, seven 12 Hour Assignment Speed Ups and 825,067,000 Parsteel.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dossier_4_Mutual_Gain_objectives\"><\/span>Dossier 4: Mutual Gain objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>There are six objectives and no choice split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meet with Bristow.<\/li>\n<li>Proceed to the colony. Location: Sunray.<\/li>\n<li>Donate 1B Parsteel to help with repairs.<\/li>\n<li>Call for reinforcements. Location: Sunray.<\/li>\n<li>Survive a round of <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tag\/section-31-officer-group\/\"   title=\"Gruppe der Section 31-Beauftragten\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"23911\">Section 31<\/a>: Wave Defense near the Sunray system.<\/li>\n<li>Report back to Bristow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sunray is the colony you helped in your first job for Section 31, when it was building a Monotanium plant. The plant now sits on an interphasic rift with access to Mirror Universe Monotanium. The colony leader, Cerzo, needs 1B Parsteel for drill upgrades, and after the donation agrees to the deal. Then you call in other Independents and hold off the attack.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_and_what_warp\"><\/span>Wo und welcher Warp<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Warp 1 to start and warp 10 to complete, with no pickup system. The mission begins with Bristow outside your station, and Sunray is the only system you visit.<\/p>\n<p>The recommended level is 50. The Wave Defense round and the 1B Parsteel donation are the two real requirements.
